Wood for Life Workshop and Training

This workshop and training session, hosted by Niki vonHedemann (NAU & ERI), will focus on grants, contracts and agreements, organizational development, coaching on sustainable business and nonprofit management for Tribal-led Wood for Life (WFL) partners, supporting the growth of the WFL partnership, a panel discussion with Q&A, and peer to peer learning and work sessions.

The goals of this workshop are to:

  • Understand the geographic scope of the Wood for Life effort

  • Become familiar with existing funding opportunities and the details of contracts and agreements

  • Understand the complexities and opportunities for organizational and business support for Tribal-led partner efforts

  • Share and learn about Wood for Life topics through interactive small group discussions

  • Participate in relevant work sessions based on organizational and business needs
